Erin is Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff at Flourish Fund. In this role she collaborates with Founder & CEO Dan Vogel to develop the model, structure, team, and partnerships necessary for Flourish Fund to thrive.

Passionate about creating space for connections and collaborations that bring big visions to life, Erin’s ability to conceive and manage large-scale, socially engaged initiatives lend her clarity of vision on what is needed to make Flourish Fund flourish. She is motivated by the hope that, through Flourish Fund, collective generosity and innovation can start to move the dial on deep-seeded social challenges.

Prior to joining Flourish Fund, Erin served as the Director of the Everything Network in London, building an organization of leaders passionate about seeking cultural renewal. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Asia Society, a global organization based in NYC focused on building bridges of understanding between Asia and the world. Erin’s interest in innovative philanthropic models was sparked by her work with the SGUN’s Special Envoy for Haiti, leading efforts to explore a development impact bond for eliminating cholera. She began her career in Washington, DC, working in fundraising and network building.

Erin holds a BA in Government from the College of William and Mary and a MSt in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Oxford.
