Grayson Wiles, Manager, STRATEGY & IMPACT

Grayson is a Manager for Strategy & Impact. In this role he manages research efforts and helps shape the strategies that become Flourish Initiatives.

Grayson is passionate about bringing together insights from leading practitioners, thought leaders, and local communities to develop grounded strategies that deliver better outcomes for people and places. He believes that Christians have a unique perspective and the resources to move the needle on society’s most challenging problems.

Prior to Flourish Fund, Grayson implemented cross-sector projects with local governments at the Centre for Public Impact, a nonprofit foundation launched by Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Previously, he was Special Assistant to the Chairman and then Research Associate at the White House’s Council of Economic Advisors, which is charged with providing objective economic analysis to the President.

Grayson holds a BS in Human & Organizational Development and History from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife Margaret live in Birmingham, AL.
