In her role, Megan is building organizational foundations to support Flourish Fund in cultivating a community of generous givers. She has a heart for coming alongside the body of Christ to facilitate alignment and develop opportunities for meaningful engagement.

Megan joined Flourish Fund following a career with International Justice Mission, a global anti-slavery organization that leverages collaborative partnerships to strengthen local justice systems. Megan was honored to serve in cross-cutting roles with IJM teams around the world, managing development and church mobilization initiatives as the organization scaled to over $80M in annual revenue. Megan also enjoys serving innovative start-up nonprofits, most recently working with Prevention Now, an organization using data and advanced analytics to prevent human trafficking.

Megan holds a BA in Communications from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
